Polycom X50 TC8 Gallery view not working
We have a Polycom X50 paired with TC8 and have been running teams for the past year and a half. Recently, when we host or join a teams meeting, our screen will only show 2-3 participants at a time, no matter how many have joined the meeting. When we go to gallery mode, there isn't an option for large group. The only work around I've found is selecting each attendee on the TC8 and selecting "Spotlight for everyone" Then I can see all attendees on our conference tv. Anyone else having this issue? It used to show everyone joined on the screen when we did calls, now I have to manually select the spotlight view to see everyone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you ever resolve this issue? We are experiencing the same thing.
Nope, never found a viable solution. As a matter of fact, we are probably scrapping the entire system and going with something else because our executive team doesn't like how this works now.
