Participants cant see my video

Hi there,

 

Regarding the subject above, I manage to see my video on my Teams desktop apps.

However, my colleagues on the other side only see my initial despite that my webcam is turned on and my own video is on display at my app.

 

I tried to turn off/on the camera in the apps, also install/uninstall the apps.

Still the problems still there.

 

Please can someone help me out.. As I'll be having online examination using the apps.

    Hello,

     

    If ALL people are not able to see your video then most probably the issue is with your internet connection.

    If some of them are able to see your content, then the issue can be related to their connection, or to their Teams cache, which might need to be deleted. I wrote a short post on that at : https://www.easytweaks.com/cannot-watch-teams-powerpoint-presentation-video/
