This morning I tried to sign up for microsoft teams using my work email so that I am able to use it with my outlook and set up meetings for my boss. However when I tried to sign up using my work email it told me that I was unable to join due to another user in my organization already having teams set up. I work for the government, so all of our emails are relatively the same however I'm trying to connect my branch in the government to use this service. If there is any way to help me set u
