No Audio in MS Teams while placing a call

Has anyone had issues with MS Teams? I have an issue with a users computer where she is not able to hear any one talking or able to transmit through teams. This is when she is using the Call function in Teams. Her soft phone works properly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled MS Teams, the problem still exists. I have gone into more options while in the call to check settings, the settings in there seemed to be set fine. Checked windows drivers, checked for updates and all are good. Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

    JoeM19772002Have you tries doing a Test call..

     

    Go the Profile image in the left top Corner - >  Settings  - Device Setting. 

     

    Perform a Test call and follow the instructions.  Do you see a green tick next to all devices as attached.  If you see any red. Check the Device. If your case see if you have two speakers in the  Device Setting - Speaker dropdown. If you have more than one try changing it to the other and performing a test again..
