Multiple license
Hi
Is it possible to assign more than one Teams license to a user?
A user is assigned a Teams Education license - but the user can't create a new Team from scratch (this is by design I guess? )
So if it's possible to assign another E3 license so the user can create Teams or how to solve this use case scenario?
- Chris is likely right here.
But also, as it’s Teams for EDU it could be School Data Sync which creates the Teams

- Almost sounds like group restriction for Team creation might be on? If so that does request an Active Directory P1 license but it's not enforced so I doubt it's that. But I would def. look into seeing if group based restrictions are on, because if so, and this users isn't in the allowed group, it won't let them create Teams regardless of license.
If that is the case, you need to make sure to get a P1 license for that user :)).
