Microsoft Teams not downloading on MacBook

Hi,

I bought a new MacBook in the new year and have been wanting to download Teams on there. I have no been able to download on my MacBook.

I get a message saying : Installation Failure; Contact Software Manufacturer'

I have been in touch with Apple - everything seems above board on that side

@deeja1770 - Have you gone through the steps of uninstalling the app and reinstalling?

What I find works is opening Teams in the browser and selecting the download button in the bottom left corner.
