Microsoft Teams does not ring when being called

Since Teams has launched the recent update on iOS most of our team's calls now no longer ring on the desktop app. If you reboot Teams it works for a short while, then eventually stops. Calls still ring all of the time on the mobile app though. 

I've tried updating and reinstalling but not having any luck with a permanent fix.

Does  anyone have any ideas?
