Mail address used for more Microsoft accounts
Hi All,
we have an issue when we try to connect in Teams using our business mail.
As you can see, Teams says that they are 2 Microsoft account linked to the mail: one is the organization account and one is the personal account.
We've try to delete the alias but it isn't possible because there is only one!
Somebody have the same problem?
Thank you in advance.

- Hi simnal
Easiest solution to this I have found is to change the personal MSN account name rather than the Office 365 account
1.) Go to https://account.microsoft.com/account and log in with snale@outlook.com
2.) Change the username of that (snale@fmmg.it) to something else (I.e. snale@outlook.com)
3.) Refresh browsers and clear windows credentials
Should remove the second account and leave only the business account
Hope that answers your question
Best, Chris
