Hi there,

While opening account for free teams using business email address, sometimes the process requires to add a phone number, for account recovery, but Kosovo is not listed and we cannot use our phones as recovery. The big issue is that you cannot skip it, which means you cannot create account and use teams. 

In some cases, it does not require to add phone number and after account creation it is possible to add phone number later through: https://account.live.com/names/Manage in which Kosovo is listed and it works fine.

Could you please add Kosovo Country Code +383 during the phase of creating account?
