iOS Teams Screen Sharing

Copper Contributor

After the most recent update there is a reoccurring prompt when trying to screen share from an iOS device. Previously it would automatically start screen sharing and recording once you hit share screen. Now you have to open the control centre>3D Touch the record button> Select Teams as default recording option. This has to be done every time you want to share your screen, why are there more convoluted steps to screen share now? If it ain't broke don't fix it IMG_0241.PNGIMG_0242.PNGIMG_0243.PNG

@BenM97 I have observed this change. These prompts seem to be coming up for some users , when everything seemed to work great on IOS Devices, until yesterday June 3,2020. It seem to work fine on the Android.

Solution
It looks like this auto-resolved after the IOS Device was restarted.
Guess , restart was the TRICK and it should probably not come up again.

@lalmathews Have a user who's tried hard resetting/restarting and that did not solve issue, will try again tomorrow.
