In video chats within MS Teams "Fit to Frame" should be selectable by individual users which then applies to everyone else in the meeting so conference room cameras selecting "Fit to Frame" on themselves can help everyone in the meeting see everyone in the meeting.
Individual preferences of "Fit to Frame" does not work as we can not waste meeting time trying to get everyone to select "Fit to Frame" on conference room cameras each time we go into meetings.
No one wants people cropped out. Implement "Fit to Frame" as individual selections that apply to everyone in the meeting.
