i am able to see my video but not the participants

I am not able to see the participant's video, all I see is a black screen. I am able to view my own video. i have tried killing the service and restarting it but still the same issue

    Hey, I had the same issue. For me helped disabling GPU acceleration, becouse i have two videocards on my laptop... you can try the same , what i did :
    - open MS teams
    - Settings
    - At "Generals" put tick at "Disable GPU hardware acceleration (requires restarting Teams)"
    After restart , everything should work
  • I've seen that many times and it's either the option "turn off incoming video" under 'More actions' bar or a simple reinstallation of the desktop client that resolves the issue.

      Thanks Christian .
      I tried "turn off incoming video" (disabling and reenabling it) and tried reinstalling a new installation but i am getting the same issue
