i am able to see my video but not the participants
I am not able to see the participant's video, all I see is a black screen. I am able to view my own video. i have tried killing the service and restarting it but still the same issue

I've seen that many times and it's either the option "turn off incoming video" under 'More actions' bar or a simple reinstallation of the desktop client that resolves the issue.

I tried "turn off incoming video" (disabling and reenabling it) and tried reinstalling a new installation but i am getting the same issue
