how earlier access to get mesh avatars ?

I need to explore the new feature mesh avatars. I know its only private preview, but need a earlier access ? how to enable or get private preview ? help me with this

The private preview of Mesh Avatars in Teams is limited to TAP customers. You find more details at the end of the Microsoft Tech Community Blog post.
