Every meeting that I join opens a window in Firefox

Copper Contributor

Hi!

My company migrate from Skype for Business to Ms. Teams. My account is on Cloud but I have installed in my computer Outlook Client and Ms. Teams. Every time that Outlook infme to me about a meeting and give the opportunity to join on it. I press the Join Online. Outlook open a new tab in Firefox, I use it as my default web browser, that in the title says: "Join conversation"

After that open the Ms. Teams Installed in my computer. How is possible to remove that action on Firefox and Outlook go directly to Teams likes Skype for Business.

Thanks!

@GuidoBicocca Welcome to Microsoft Teams, we're glad you're using the product!  A few notes about your scenarios below:

Joining without going to the browser - this is being worked on.  Continue to watch for updates and improved experiences here! ->  https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/32413297-join-meeting-button

For the error message in Firefox, if you did want to operate inside of Teams on the web you'll need to utilize a fully supported browser (depending on the scenario), visit here for a full list: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/get-clients#web-client
