Hi,

I'm developing a new web service for customers and employees and I have a tricky questions regarding to Teams.

Can anyone say whether it is possible to embed Microsoft Teams in our website as follows. After secure login:
- The customer can book a meeting from the employee's calendar
- An employee can send a Teams video conference invitation to a customer
- An employee can start a Teams video conference on the website
- Processes open inside a web page, not in a new window that opens

My goal is to implement both a customer- and employee-friendly environment where the user experience is at the center of development. That means avoiding pop ups and trying to benefit from APIs. I understand that in Twilio and Meets it would be possible to implement this.

Embed Teams on a website is not the way to integrate with Teams...what you have to do is "build" custom integrations taking advantage of how Teams already allows you to do things such as sharing in Teams or even scheduling a team meeting https://blog.thoughtstuff.co.uk/2019/08/adding-a-share-to-teams-button-on-your-website-plus-variatio...
