Embed Teams video call and calendar on website
Hi,
I'm developing a new web service for customers and employees and I have a tricky questions regarding to Teams.
Can anyone say whether it is possible to embed Microsoft Teams in our website as follows. After secure login:
- The customer can book a meeting from the employee's calendar
- An employee can send a Teams video conference invitation to a customer
- An employee can start a Teams video conference on the website
- Processes open inside a web page, not in a new window that opens
My goal is to implement both a customer- and employee-friendly environment where the user experience is at the center of development. That means avoiding pop ups and trying to benefit from APIs. I understand that in Twilio and Meets it would be possible to implement this.
