I've been using "new" Teams for some time, and customizing or adding an image banner to an Announcement post has never been an issue before — until today.
Normally, I'd see a "Customize" and "Done" button when selecting an image. But they are missing. I also can't scroll down to see the other options. It's completely stuck. See the screengrab below.
Consequence: I can't customize anything and I can't apply ANY image banner.
Actions tried: Teams restart, computer restart, Teams on web - nothing works.

Same issue here on both Windows and Mac.

SolutionSpoke too soon. I found a workaround.
The issue is that the Customize and Done buttons are being pushed out of the window with no scroll bar to get down to them. So: Click on the first image until it highlights. Then hit the tab button on your keyboard. This should jump you to the buttons.
If not: hold the down arrow button on your keyboard. This should force it to scroll all the way down to the buttons themselves. When I did it, I actually had to hold the key and not just tap it several times, otherwise it would stop on the last image and not move down to the buttons themselves.
Hope this workaround helps you in the meantime!
