Can someone at Microsoft explain why I am getting this message when I am trying to deploy a Teams custom policy package.
A member of this group isn't licensed for a custom policy package assignment.
I am reading that you might need a Teams Premium license. But why? Just because I created a policy with a name that makes sense?
