Configure New Teams Client

Hey guys

we are building a new AVD environment with the New Teams client. As we have 3 different Languages (de_CH, fr_CH & it_CH) i want to configure it via Policy but i am not able to see where it is.

Also we want to configure Teams to open Office documents within Teams and disable to update message for the user as it is a Windows 11 Multiuser Sessionhost.

Where can i configure such topics? I didn't find something in the Teams Admin center.
