Collaborate on file in a meeting
I held a meeting in Teams today with people from outside my organisation. None of them are invited as guest users into any of our teams.
I uploaded a Word file into the meeting that we were all going to collaborate on. When the other meeting participants tried to open it, Teams sent them to their web browser to log on. After logging on, they were told that they didn't have access to the file.
I thought it was possible to collaborate on one and the same file in a meeting. Isn't this possible, or is in only possible within the same organisation?

adam deltinger Does this mean to include it in the meeting invite, or do I need to go into SharePoint and share it with every single participant?
- Or just create and copy an anonymous link and paste it in meeting
