Hello,
Our client has a problem. When user A send file via mobile phone teams to user B, user B does not have access to check that file or download it. When user A sends the same file via computer, user B can open it, download it and etc.
This problem appeared two weeks ago.
I checked all Teams settings from admin console, but nothing found. Maybe someone has a similar problem and could help me out.
