Microsoft Forms Choice Eliminator

Is there a way to limit the number of responses for a particular question? Google Forms provides Choice Eliminator add-on, I wonder if there is similar option in Microsoft?

No not currently. You can only limit to one response per person when using org users, other than that, that's the only restrictions you can apply.
