How to add an sample attachment to Form ?

Hi , how can I provide a sample attachment to a form ? So user can use the attachment and upload it .

Hi @Bd2023-b,

as far as I know it seems that there is no option to add a sample attachment to a Microsoft Form. This is a limitation of the current version of Microsoft Forms.

As a workaround, you can  provide a sample attachment to users by uploading it to OneDrive and then providing a link to the attachment in the form instructions or in a separate email.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Upload the sample attachment to OneDrive.
2. Get a link to the sample attachment.
3. Provide the link to the sample attachment to the user in the form instructions or in a separate email.

It can only be done vice-versa so the users of the Form can upload a file in the question (like CV).
