How do I find my Form again

I created an Office365 Forms form for my company a few days ago and sent it to the respektive individuals via email.

The link is functional, and responses can be submitted as well.

Now, when I tried to evaluate the responses, I couldn't find my form anywhere. It's neither in the trash nor any other location.

Even my administrator couldn't assist me with this issue.

Do I need to create a new form and ask the individuals to fill it out again, or is there another way to retrieve the form?

    @Dingkun Xie

I cannot access my form I created yesterday in Forms.

I am getting an error that says I do not have permission to edit this form even though I created it on the same account!

    Here are the technical details:

Session id: fc5a6b2c-d17f-4c85-beaa-143c8882ff01, Correlation id: 1a673ce3-e2ce-4e13-8941-5c8cb40c2f22

Based on the telemetry data, it appears that you were attempting to access a Microsoft Consumer form using a Consumer Account. However, it seems that the account you used is different from the owner of that form.

You can always access your form through the link https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPageV2.aspx?subpage=design&id=<your_form_id>. To find your form from the Forms portal, log in with your work account to https://forms.office.com/Pages/DesignPageV2.aspx and look under the 'Recent', 'My forms', and 'My groups' tabs, as well as in the 'Recycle bin'. If you can't find it there, you may create the form with your personal account, log out of your work account and log in with your personal account on the portal, and search again.

I'm curious why "filled forms" or forms don't show up in Sharepoint or OneDrive (like it works so intuitively in Google Drive). Is this a technical limitation or by design?

As a user, I don't have time to search for documents I created on different sites (forms, sharepoint, etc.). The "cloud" should be a "singular" concept when it comes to a provider (Microsoft). Searches should just be easy.

You can say it's by design as forms are not stored in OneDrive/SharePoint, and we don't share this information with them. I usually search for my forms through www.office.com. It's quite convenient for me, as I can search for almost any files that I recently worked on in M365 through it.

      Thank you very much.
The personal and corporate accounts are strictly separated.
When I enter the provided link with my FormID, I receive a "Unfortunately, that didn't work" message.
The form is also not found in any of the existing subfolders or in the trash bin.

On the error page, you will find a session id and correlation id. Could you share them so that I can check the backend and identify the issue?
