The personal and corporate accounts are strictly separated.
When I enter the provided link with my FormID, I receive a "Unfortunately, that didn't work" message.
The form is also not found in any of the existing subfolders or in the trash bin.

On the error page, you will find a session id and correlation id. Could you share them so that I can check the backend and identify the issue?

I was able to determine the group to which the form was assigned. I am the owner of this group. The form cannot be found in the files of this group. I have also asked members of the group, and they also cannot see the form. Can I have the form reassigned to me?
