Copy and paste into questions.

I want to set up different questionnaire for each person, using different selections from a choice of questions in an excel spread sheet. 
is there anyway I can copy and paste the questions in all at once, rather than having to set up each question individually. They will all have the same choice of two answers.

@Jholliswatsonpkcgov no there's no way to copy and paste questions into Forms because it won't know what type of question it is.
