Someone is booking an appointment via Bookings. In Bookings, everything is fine.
But when we see the appointment in Outlook, there are no customer details. In both, Outlook on the Web and Outlook as installed application. We have recreated the services, we offer several times, but it's not solving the issue.
It's also affecting all our services, with and without Teams-Meeting. All only bookable by one customer.
The same issue as described in  months ago, but for some reason, this forum is rather a "venting mechanism", which appears not to be monitored by people that want to get feedback on their service (disappointing).
