Following situation: Someone is booking an appointment via Bookings. In Bookings, everything is fine. But when we see the appointment in Outlook, there are no customer details. In both, Outlook on the Web and Outlook as installed application. We have recreated the services, we offer several times, but it's not solving the issue. It's also affecting all our services, with and without Teams-Meeting. All only bookable by one customer. Hi! When we invite customers to book our series of events, the customer needs to manually write in their details (name, e-mail adress, phone) each time, and we have notice that this makes the customer experience not so good. Do anyone have a solution to this? Thanks /Micke824Views0likes0Comments
