Outlook password prompt once upon every sign in

I have been trying to fix this issue for so long and have run out of ideas where to even look at anymore.

Please if someone can guide me through this will be very helpful.

 

So, as the title says Outlook will only prompt once upon every sign in to the RDS servers. Any subsequent Outlook app restarts don't prompt for another password.

 

To add more info -

- All users connect to same RDS server and access Outlook in there.
- The prompt is only coming for a newly added O365 mailbox under a new domain but same M365 tenant. They already have a primary mailbox added to Outlook and it does not ask for password on it.
- Outlook is up to date (version 2208 (Build 15601.20230 Click-to-Run)
- The password window is of the Microsoft SSO page with org logo.
- Have tried Microsoft Support Tool but nothing to avail.
- I log in to this mailbox on my Outlook and I can restart my machine fine. Only issue is for users within this RDSH.

- User is set with MFA.

- Prompt appears only for this mailbox regardless if this 'mailbox account' is primary on the Outlook profile or not. 

 

Has anyone had to deal with something like this, then please suggest me if you can.
