Hide calendars from shared mailbox
Hi Guys/Gals,
I have a client who has access to 5 shared mailboxes and his own mailbox. He has asked if it's possible to hide the calendars on the left hand side panel to only show his and 1 specific shared mailbox.
Is this possible? Those calendars are not used.
Depends on how his has added the shared mailboxes to his profile. If he doesn't need to access anything other than inbox (or specific folders) from the shared mailbox, you can replace the Full Access permissions with folder-level ones, and exclude the Calendar folder.
