Exchange Hybrid - Offboarding migration stuck at 0B

Hello,

 

In my hybrid environment, I'm trying to offboard a mailbox from Exchange Online to on premise but data transfer stuck at 0 Bytes. The mailbox has been created from the on premise Exchange directly in O365.

 

The mailbox is in state "Synchronisation" since 4 days and nothing is transferring.

 

Does anybody knows where the problem come from ?

    For future reference for others: check if the credentials of the Migration Endpoint are still valid AND not those of the user being migrated.

      Thank you for you answer, I just restarted the replication service one the Exchange server, I'll tell you if the migration works.

       

      Otherwise, where can I find useful logs about mailbox migration ?
