Create custom contextual tabs in Outlook office Add-ins
I am aware that we can only use the contextual tabs in the Excel office add-in. Can the outlook add-in feature have something similar in the future?

kishanvkc. I hope you are having a wonderful evening. Microsoft did not have contextual tabs specifically available for Outlook add-ins.
However, it's essential to note that Microsoft continually updates and improves its products, and new features might have been introduced since then. Contextual tabs in Office add-ins are designed to provide users with a more streamlined and efficient experience by showing relevant commands based on the context of the content being worked on. For example, in Excel, when you select a chart, the "Chart Tools" contextual tab appears, providing commands related to formatting and editing charts.
Although contextual tabs were not available in Outlook add-ins at that time, Microsoft was actively working on enhancing the Outlook add-in platform to provide developers with new and improved capabilities. With the pace of Microsoft's development, it is possible that contextual tabs or similar features have been added to Outlook add-ins since my last update. You can also visit the Microsoft Office Add-ins website, where they often publish updates and release notes detailing the latest additions and improvements to their add-in platform.
