Connecting to Office 365 admin center (via Vmware identity manager) using Powershell

Hi ,

When i try to use Connect-AzureAd , It asks me for 2 authentications , one from Microsoft and the other from Vmware Identity manager which is configured part of the organisation, because of such architecture the script always goes to interactive mode and wait for some one to enter the username and password for VMware Identity Manager screen. 

How do it escape from this interactive login ?  Any thoughts would be of great help.
