Conditional Formatting - Combo Box - Microsoft Word

Hi,

I have utilised a combo box on a form I have made in Microsoft Word on Apple Mac.

However, I was wondering if you were able to conditional format this, so that when you select an option it will colour code it. Please see two screenshots attached (similar to what you can do in excel)
