Auto Accept and Decline when scheduling a Room Resource.
I cannot find any spot within the Office365 console, or Exchange Admin Console, or the 'Room's' Options page on where to set an auto replay that accepts the meeting request if the room is available or declines the meeting request if it is not. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

ryan skonz If you have Full control of the room you will be able to open up your OWA account and click on your me icon then click on and select Open another mailbox and enter in the Room. Click on the settings icon (the cog wheel) then select View all Outlook settings. Select Calendar. Select Resource Scheduling. Under Scheduling Options at the very top put a check mark in Automatically process event invitations and cancellations.

Julie Gilligani have the issues with all our resource rooms
no matter the poweshell script and the boxes being ticket the room will not auto decline.
That's on by default, there is no need to enable anything. Now, if you want to customize the settings, such as designate who can automatically book and who needs approval, configure delegates, etc, you can explore the different parameters of the Set-CalendarProcessing cmdlet: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/mailboxes/set-calendarprocessing?view=exchange-ps

I thought so too, but after testing it, it doesn't seem to work either way(even when I purposely add a conflict).
Just to be clear, you are not supposed to be adding the events directly in the Room's Calendar. Instead, you should send a regular meeting request with the Room added as the resource.
