Auto Accept and Decline when scheduling a Room Resource.
That's on by default, there is no need to enable anything. Now, if you want to customize the settings, such as designate who can automatically book and who needs approval, configure delegates, etc, you can explore the different parameters of the Set-CalendarProcessing cmdlet: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/mailboxes/set-calendarprocessing?view=exchange-ps
I thought so too, but after testing it, it doesn't seem to work either way(even when I purposely add a conflict).

Just to be clear, you are not supposed to be adding the events directly in the Room's Calendar. Instead, you should send a regular meeting request with the Room added as the resource.

That is correct. I am creating a new meeting and then putting the room in the location/room field.

ryan skonz This also happens to me. The meeting room auto accepts if the room is available and accepts as tentative if the room is not available. I need the room to decline the invite automatically. Any suggestions welcome.
