I am looking for a way to set up an Alert for a login based on a boolean search so that I could receive an email if any login did NOT include "Nevada" or whatever location I need to limit. I can see recent logins and I can set up incidents and alerts but I can't see anything that would resemble a security feature like this without upgrading my license.
Am I missing something?
