Accessing a shared mailbox from a mobile device
Can anyone please tell me what the steps are in accessing a shared mailbox from a mobile device (e.g. iPhone, iPad, Android)? I need help with the Client and also mainly what the correct server s...

Hi,
We are having thus same issue, couldn't add shared mailbox even if both mailboxes are in online, getting permission error, and the user has delegate access to the shared mailbox.
Any fixes for it ?

I had the same issue when I had only right "send as" in exchange online to the shared mailbox. I add my account to "Full access" to the shared mailbox and it works.
Could you check in admin office 365/Groups/Shared mailbox if your account is a member of this shared mailbox. If not try it.
