Removing VM images from Azure subscriptions after publishing to Azure Marketplace

Is it ok to remove VM images from Azure subscriptions after publishing them to Azure Marketplace?

@ashersyed Can you clarify what you mean? Do you mean you would create an image, upload it to image gallery, create the VM offer and plan with that image, and then remove that image?

Yes, after publishing the plan to Azure Marketplace

You can remove the image if you are retiring the image or deleting the offer/plan. Otherwise, you should not remove the image.
