Removing VM images from Azure subscriptions after publishing to Azure Marketplace
Hi, Is it ok to remove VM images from Azure subscriptions after publishing them to Azure Marketplace? Best regards Asher Syed
- You can remove the image if you are retiring the image or deleting the offer/plan. Otherwise, you should not remove the image.
ashersyed Can you clarify what you mean? Do you mean you would create an image, upload it to image gallery, create the VM offer and plan with that image, and then remove that image?
- Yes, after publishing the plan to Azure Marketplace
