I am using a Samsung S24 FE phone, and the Microsoft Copilot app is not working. When I open the app, I only see a black screen. I cannot open any menus. I cannot create or search for anything. There is only an empty home screen with dead buttons. I cannot sign out of my current account, nor can I figure out which account I am signed into (it logs in automatically). Here’s what I have already tried, but the issue persists: Enabled all permissions in the app settings. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Cleared the app cache and reopened it. Cleared the app data and reopened it.47Views0likes1CommentMicrosoft Bolts on Copilot License Check onto ExRCA
Microsoft announced a new Copilot license check diagnostic for the Exchange Connectivity Analyzer. Sounds good, but the test is very simple, and its results don’t tell you anything more than a few lines of PowerShell can deliver. To prove the point, we wrote a quick script to show how to perform a Copilot license check with the Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK. https://office365itpros.com/2025/09/08/copilot-license-check-exrca/15Views1like0CommentsCopilot in PowerPoint + personal account: Status of Word-from-OneDrive option
I’m trying to get a clear answer on whether a specific Copilot feature in PowerPoint is currently working for personal Microsoft accounts. The feature I’m referring to is the ability to start a new presentation from a Word file stored in OneDrive. Microsoft’s guidance says that Copilot Pro users on personal (non-work) accounts should be able to do this by either clicking a paperclip icon or typing “/” in the Create a presentation box to select the file. However, here’s what I’m seeing: - Neither the paperclip icon nor the “/” shortcut is showing me any OneDrive files in desktop or web PowerPoint. - In Word online, I can reference a file, but this doesn’t seem to appear in the desktop version. - I’ve come across mixed reports: some say the option works for them, others say it’s limited to Insider builds or specific locations. I’d like to know: 1. Is this feature fully rolled out for personal accounts with Copilot Pro? 2. Are there version, channel, or region restrictions? 3. Are there specific requirements (e.g., file must be saved in OneDrive, AutoSave on, certain privacy settings) for the feature to appear? Any confirmation from someone with official insight or firsthand experience would help clarify if this is a rollout issue or something else.71Views0likes2CommentsMicrosoft Fixes Copilot Audit Records
After a report to the MSRC about some missing file data from Copilot audit records, Microsoft fixed the problem and audit records now contain details about the SharePoint Online files reviewed by Copilot to construct answers to user prompts. Having solid audit and compliance data is a good thing, unless you’re a lawyer charged with defending an eDiscovery action who might be asked to produce the files. https://office365itpros.com/2025/08/22/copilot-audit-records-fixed/56Views0likes0CommentsMicrosoft Introduces Copilot Memory
A July 14 post announces Copilot Memory, a method to personalize how Copilot responds to user prompts. Controls are available to disable Copilot memory on a per-user and tenant basis. Manipulation of the tenant controls is done through a Graph resources. This article explains how Copilot memory works and how to update the tenant controls with PowerShell. https://office365itpros.com/2025/08/06/microsoft-introduces-copilot-memory/208Views0likes0CommentsCopilot in Outlook Brings AI to Email Filtering
Prioritize My Inbox is a new AI-powered mail filtering technology available in the new Outlook, OWA, Outlook (classic), and mobile clients. Unlike traditional inbox rules, Copilot's LLMs and access to Graph data makes Prioritize My Inbox much more aware of what a user does and what's important to them. Instructions allow users to tailor how filtering happens, but most is done by the AI. https://practical365.com/prioritize-my-inbox/70Views0likes0CommentsHow to prohibit Copilot from processing the content of all external mails?
Hi everyone, is there a way to prohibit Copilot from processing the content of all external mails? I have found that you can use sensitivity labels to deny Copilot access. I just can't find a way to automatically assign the sensitivity label to every external mail. Is there any solution for this? Thank you very much43Views0likes1CommentArcihtekt M365 // Ogłoszenie pracy

Why one earth is https://m365.cloud.microsoft/ and https://portal.office.com now redirecting directly to Copilot? What a stupid change. No one wants this. Users want quick access to their files and apps, which the old office portal would facilitate nicely. Stop forcing copilot on your customers.538Views5likes5CommentsCopilot Studio Agent Vulnerability to Prompt Injection
Security researchers documented a prompt injection vulnerability in an agent created with Copilot Studio that allowed the exfiltration of customer data. Microsoft has fixed the problem, but the researchers figure that natural language prompts and the way that AI responds means that other ways will be found to cause agents to do silly things. Microsoft 365 tenants need to think about the deployment and management of agents. https://office365itpros.com/2025/07/15/copilot-studio-vulnerability/428Views0likes0Comments
