M365 Copilot Android Application Not Working
I am using a Samsung S24 FE phone, and the Microsoft Copilot app is not working. When I open the app, I only see a black screen. I cannot open any menus. I cannot create or search for anything. There is only an empty home screen with dead buttons. I cannot sign out of my current account, nor can I figure out which account I am signed into (it logs in automatically). Here’s what I have already tried, but the issue persists: Enabled all permissions in the app settings. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Cleared the app cache and reopened it. Copilot in PowerPoint + personal account: Status of Word-from-OneDrive option
I’m trying to get a clear answer on whether a specific Copilot feature in PowerPoint is currently working for personal Microsoft accounts. The feature I’m referring to is the ability to start a new presentation from a Word file stored in OneDrive. Microsoft’s guidance says that Copilot Pro users on personal (non-work) accounts should be able to do this by either clicking a paperclip icon or typing “/” in the Create a presentation box to select the file. However, here’s what I’m seeing: - Neither the paperclip icon nor the “/” shortcut is showing me any OneDrive files in desktop or web PowerPoint. - In Word online, I can reference a file, but this doesn’t seem to appear in the desktop version. - I’ve come across mixed reports: some say the option works for them, others say it’s limited to Insider builds or specific locations. I’d like to know: 1. Is this feature fully rolled out for personal accounts with Copilot Pro? 2. Are there version, channel, or region restrictions? 3. Are there specific requirements (e.g., file must be saved in OneDrive, AutoSave on, certain privacy settings) for the feature to appear? How to prohibit Copilot from processing the content of all external mails?
Hi everyone, is there a way to prohibit Copilot from processing the content of all external mails? I have found that you can use sensitivity labels to deny Copilot access. I just can't find a way to automatically assign the sensitivity label to every external mail. Is there any solution for this? Thank you very much

Why one earth is https://m365.cloud.microsoft/ and https://portal.office.com now redirecting directly to Copilot? What a stupid change. No one wants this. Security researchers documented a prompt injection vulnerability in an agent created with Copilot Studio that allowed the exfiltration of customer data. Microsoft has fixed the problem, but the researchers figure that natural language prompts and the way that AI responds means that other ways will be found to cause agents to do silly things.
