Hi all, I'm interested to see whether anyone else is experiencing this issue, particularly in an RDS environment. We have a number of users who have paid-for Microsoft 365 Copilot licences, including the integration within Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel. In Outlook Classic running on our Windows Server 2019 RDS environment, Copilot no longer works correctly. When a user presses Alt + I to Draft with Copilot, or clicks the Copilot pencil icon within the body of an email, and then enters a prompt, Copilot displays "Writing your email" and the blue progress bar starts moving from left to right. At that point it freezes, Outlook crashes, and closes. In some cases Outlook will automatically reopen after the crash. The Copilot integration appears to work fine in Excel and Word. Is anyone else running Outlook Classic in a Windows Server 2019 RDS environment with Microsoft 365 Copilot licences? I would be interested to know if you have experienced the same issue. I've tried repairing and reinstalling Office apps, and always ensure they are fully up to date. 🚀 PowerPoint Live just got smarter! Anyone who regularly presents in Microsoft Teams has probably experienced this: ❌ The presentation gets updated after you've already started sharing it. ❌ Someone in the audience doesn't understand an acronym or technical term but doesn't want to interrupt. Microsoft is addressing both challenges with two new PowerPoint Live capabilities: 🔄 Refresh Present the latest version of your deck without stopping the presentation or resharing the file. ✨ Explain Help attendees quickly understand unfamiliar terms and concepts without disrupting the flow of the meeting. These may look like small enhancements, but they solve real-world frustrations that many presenters face every day. My favorite feature? Refresh. No more awkward "Give me a second, I need to reshare the presentation" moments during important meetings. 🎥 I've just published a new video where I walk through these new features and show how they work in practice. What do you think is more valuable: Refresh or Explain? #Microsoft365 #MicrosoftTeams #PowerPoint #PowerPointLive #M365 #MicrosoftCopilot #Productivity #DigitalWorkplace #Collaboration #MicrosoftMVP #TechCommunity #AI #FutureOfWork #Office365 #TeamsMeetings17Views0likes0CommentsDLP Prevents Microsoft 365 Copilot from Processing External Email
A new (preview) DLP capability allows Microsoft 365 tenants to block Microsoft 365 Copilot from processing the content of external email. When set, any message coming from a domain that’s not in a tenant’s accepted domain list is blocked for Copilot for grounding, referencing, or summarization. It’s an effective way of blocking threat like prompt injections transmitted in email too, but some people might not like blocking all their external email. https://office365itpros.com/2026/07/29/dlp-external-email-copilot/14Views1like0CommentsAre Microsoft partners using the Business Process Catalog? Looking for real-world adoption insights
Hi community, I'm curious to hear from Microsoft partners about your experience with the Business Process Catalog (BPC)- Microsoft's structured library of end-to-end business processes for D365 implementations. Specifically, I'd love to understand: Are you actively using the BPC in your D365 engagements? If yes, how and where does it fit into your delivery methodology? If not, what's holding adoption back — awareness, tooling, client readiness, or something else? We're seeing increasing attention on BPC as a foundation for structured implementation approaches, and I'm interested in how partners are (or aren't) integrating it into their practice. Would love to hear honest takes from the field. -Ellie52Views0likes2CommentsDoes CSPP Support Microsoft Copilot
We are working on an integration with Microsoft's Cloud Storage Partner Program and already started getting questions on Copilot support. Does CSPP support using copilot in the Microsoft for the web editors? I wasn't able to find anything mentioning it in the documentation for CSPP or CSPP+.39Views0likes1CommentMicrosoft 365 Outlook Classic Latest Update Copilot issues
Hello to all, we are currently using the Microsoft 365 Outlook Classic, using version Version 2604 Build 16.0.19929.20172 (Current Channel) Copilot works as expected; However ever since the next update was released (Version 2605 (Build 20026.20076)) some users including me, have been getting the below error: I have tried uninstalling and installing the latest version directly, with the same issue. Scanned for any corrupted system files with no issues, but still get the error; I have tried the update Licence from the Outlook application, with no issues but the copilot something went wrong error keeps on persisting. Internet searches are very vague and the I have found some registry suggestions which I have also tried with no solution. The only way to get Copilot working on Outlook Classic was to revert to a previous working version, only then Copilot works as expected. This only happens in Outlook Classic; Copilot works fine on the latest version of Microsoft Office 365 with Word, Excel, etc. For those that maybe might ask why not switch to the New Outlook, we have had issues with it and it has been recommended to use the Classic Outlook for the time being. Has anyone been experiencing such issues please? Thanks for any help.4.1KViews5likes13Comments
