Teams Room Device Whiteboard Storage
Hello All, I have a NeatBoard that will not save my Whiteboards. It gives the notification that the whiteboard cannot be saved. This is assigned an E5 user account with the Teams Room Pro license. I saw an article that mentioned, Files created by commercial account users are saved in OneDrive (work or school), except in the following scenario: A board was initiated on a Surface Hub or a Microsoft Teams Room device. Changing Users' UPN
We have a situation with a tenant with cloud-only users which are using office apps logging with their UPN like email address removed for privacy reasons. Now the tenant is being synchronized with AD and the users being "soft matched". To do the soft match we must change the "cloud" UPN to match the AD's and that force the users to logoff from the office apps and re-login with the new UPN. Is there a way to avoid that or automate it ? thanks SC
How to use the New Calendar in Teams

Users can access meeting artifacts directly from the calendar, including recaps of completed meetings. The app also integrates weather information for your current location and work plan integration with Microsoft Places, allowing you to specify work locations and check teammates' availability in the office. The Place Finder feature helps you switch between floors and view different room capabilities when creating new events. Additionally, you can pop out the calendar for more efficient multitasking by right-clicking the Calendar icon. This feature is enabled by default. Hello We have configured Team Shared Calling. It works by name but not by extension Licences have been given and also user can do outbound calling But Inbound is only working by name and not by extension Does the User have phone number and extension be inserted in AD? Hello Is there an official documentation how Teams handles performance issues. I.e. Network issues etc. I am looking for a documentation that explains what Teams does if it encounters problems how it gradually downgrades the features like video etc. Regards JFM_12
