Weighing averages for my staff

I want to build a workbook to provide a guide for tipping our entire staff. bUt I have multiple variables to deal with such as busy days vs slow days, hours worked. Skill grades… I thought of putting up weights to reflect each variable. Is there a way to create or use a function to make a nice computation of tips based on each category weights.

Any help for excel workbook advice would be great
