Need help tracking changes in data between two pivot tables

Hey Gurus, I need some help on a report I am creating for a client. I have a pivot table I update with fresh data from my factory every morning and I want to track which orders have new shipping dates. I tried conditional formation however I specfically just need to know which dates are changing not what doesn't match from yesterdays report. I would appreciate any help on how to work around this and whats the right approach to this. Thanks. NLD

  • Hi

Does your source data contain the old shipping date? or does your refresh replace the shipping data?

Hi Wyn, My source data replaces the shipping data if were updated if not it stays the same since the source data is coming straight from my ERP system that the factory does their updates on.

So it sounds like you need to copy paste the original data as a comparison before refreshing.

Then you can add a lookup formula (VLOOKUP or INDEX MATCH) based on Order number to compare the dates. Have you used either of those formula before?
