Data Parsing from text

Dear Experts,

                   I have a Data as attached(text file):-

It has two main message headers

1. 0xB821

2.0xB970,

I am interested in 0xB821 and only some specific fields , and want the output like below:-

Column, B is very easy with PQ, but the other items not sure what logic shall I use, please help..

Only some 0xB821 has the data in C,D,E...

and each freqBandIndicatorNR has it's own ssb-ToMeasure Bitmap and it's CellReselectionPriority

I need only Power Query solution or some formula in Excel or "LET" function etc.. if it can achieve this?

Hi @anupambit1797 

Either I missed something or your analysis of the file is not really accurate:

• When "ssb-PositionsInBurst" exists, there's not always "InOneGroup" and "groupPresence" in the same set of records
• "and each freqBandIndicatorNR has it's own ssb-ToMeasure Bitmap and it's CellReselectionPriority"
  Nope, i.e. freqBandIndicatorNR 258 has none of them

Don't think I can help you further with that one I'm afraid
