Bridge to Cloud Version 2
We have a customer who wants to migrate to the Cloud D365 FSCM from AX 2009. Up to Cloud Migration Promotion "Bridge to Cloud Version 2" customers are eligible for extra licenses at no additional costs if they exceed twice Enhancement Plan fees in the Cloud and are migrating from a concurrent User model. Does this policy only apply to Busines Central Online migration customers or also to FSCM online migration customers?

- I'm not familiar with the acronym FSCM. However, I can say that per the B2C2 (Bridge To Cloud 2) FAQ, customers who’s on-premises users are licensed on a concurrent basis, operations (your local ROC) can support a one-time true up of additional online users at a $0 Web Promo SKU. Therefore, each promotion will indicate if $0 SKUs are offered, however it's based on your local ROC.

We will contact EOC as I think the answer is not correct. In my screenshot, you see that the policy says "Business Central only" and I asked if it is available for customers migrating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance as well.
