D365 Customer Voice Additional Responses
Hi All,
After receiving this question from one of our partners, I have found that the add-on is still available:
CFQ7TTC0HKJ6:0001
The conversation in the previous post that I referenced answers your question about purchasing additional responses, especially in the FAQ (titled "Internal FAQ for Removal of Standalone Customer Voice SKUs from the Price List") that Marcel referenced in his comment on October 17th.
Please log into Partner Center and carefully review the FAQ and be advised that it's an internal document that is Microsoft confidential.
As stated on the FAQ, the following SKUs are no longer available:
- D365 Customer Voice Sub 2K Survey Responses
- D365 Customer Voice Additional Response Sub 1K Survey Responses

i've checked the current price list and I do not see Customer Voice for Commercial. I only see it fo Gov't & Nonproft.
Therefore,
- please provide a snapshot of the SKU listed
- I'm not sure what you mean by "master price file". Are you using the Price List as directed in the NCE Handbook?
Please provide the specific location of the customer voice additional response SKUs that you're referring.
Thanks Aart92 I can also confirm that after disappearing from the Microsoft's Master Price File for a few months this has since been re-added since March :).

I am talking about PARTNER CENTRAL (Partner Source Business Central), and not PARTNER CENTER!
Could you please share a relavant link that leads tothe FAQ in a commonly accessible place for all partners in order to download it?

- I have never user this Partner Central shared in this link.
If you can recall correctly, it was not a Parner Center link. It was leading to a different Partner Source Business Central.

Due to the fact that I do not have access to the shared link from Marcel.
Could it be possible to share the doc directly, or share a link that the FAQ can be found easily (e.g., a Learn page or somewhere in Partner Center)?
