- LowryStilesOccasional ReaderIs there any good information on how to setup Windows Update for Business policies for AVD pooled devices? Regular WUfB policies don't apply, and the functions in the Settings Picker are very slim.

Hello! Does Remote Help have the "unattended access" option/feature? ...to connect to a PC without the end-user's "acceptance."

Microsoft
Ken003 For Windows Remote Help, we are investigating the best way to code this feature. Stay tuned. For Android Remote Help, unattended remote help already exists. Check out the session Wednesday at 10:30: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/endpoint-management-events/simple-and-secure-helpdesk-support-using-remote-help-in-intune/ev-p/3971664 for more info.
- MarkTDSCopper ContributorHoping to see the Remote Help App be added to the Intune New Microsoft Store catalog soon. Currently, the only way to deploy the Remote Help App is to create my own custom Win32 App in Intune. At this point, Remote Help has been out for a while and it seems strange that Remote Help is not a standard app in the Microsoft Store(for users to install themselves) or Intune App catalog as a standard app. Also, unattended access for Windows devices with Remote Help. Please make this available soon. These 2 suggestions will help with Remote Help and Intune Suite adoption.

MarkTDS Thanks for the feedback. We expect to make the Remote Help app available in the Enterprise App Management app catalog at a later date, shortly after the GA of the catalog. Why wouldn't every Microsoft application be found in the Microsoft Store? Is there something fundamentally wrong with it, such that even teams at Microsoft actively avoid it?

Welcome to Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop powered by Microsoft Intune and the second annual Microsoft Technical Takeoff for Windows + Intune! Have a question? Post here in the Comments so we can help. Let’s make this an active Q&A!
- GaryBaerBrass ContributorIt's been said already, but I will reiterate... While W365 looks really promising, it seems to not be very cost-effective in terms of TCO. Is there a plan to see the pricing for W365 come down into something a bit more competitive with replacing hardware?
- GaryBaerBrass ContributorFrontline looks interesting for shift work, but not truly a cost saving for multi-user. However, I can see some uses in our environment, but certainly not wide adoption. Hoping the price comes down enough to warrant adoption...
- PatCoughlin404Occasional ReaderIt's a fit for OpEx driven shops with high turnover. It makes for simple math solving for X when they can say a Rep costs me X dollars a month and generates more that X worth of profit.

Joe asked me to post this question here:
Windows 365 is pretty expensive. To quote a customer of mine, "I can buy a realy nice PC if I use Windows 365 for a year.".
Selling Windows 365 is not so simple here in The Netherlands in my experience.
- JanMulderCopper ContributorIt depends on the user case. If you see it purely as a replacement for your PC, it is relatively expensive. But if you convert your Citrix environment or on-prem VDI environment to Windows 365, it won't be too bad. It is also very useful for external employees who need access to certain things but do not receive a company device.

Thank you for your feedback Rob. Our team is quickly evolving to meet the needs of various types of use cases and offer affordable solutions for them. We will continue to grow in this area. For instance, Windows 365 Frontline is a solution we recently released to help Windows 365 become more affordable for part-time and shift work. In terms of ability to sell Windows 365 in Nethelands, we would love to hear some of your hurdles today and help improve that in the future.- RobdeRoosIron Contributor
The Frontline could indeed be interesting.
Most usecases we see is for temporary use like Students/Internships or temporary personel like voluntiers. However for voluntiers it can also be expensive. Also situations where customers are waiting on hardware, Windows 365 could be a solution as a temporary 'device' that is managed by the company.
Mark Jansen Frontline could work potentialy I guess.
