Joe asked me to post this question here:
Windows 365 is pretty expensive. To quote a customer of mine, "I can buy a realy nice PC if I use Windows 365 for a year.".
Selling Windows 365 is not so simple here in The Netherlands in my experience.
- JanMulderNov 27, 2023Copper ContributorIt depends on the user case. If you see it purely as a replacement for your PC, it is relatively expensive. But if you convert your Citrix environment or on-prem VDI environment to Windows 365, it won't be too bad. It is also very useful for external employees who need access to certain things but do not receive a company device.

Thank you for your feedback Rob. Our team is quickly evolving to meet the needs of various types of use cases and offer affordable solutions for them. We will continue to grow in this area. For instance, Windows 365 Frontline is a solution we recently released to help Windows 365 become more affordable for part-time and shift work. In terms of ability to sell Windows 365 in Nethelands, we would love to hear some of your hurdles today and help improve that in the future.- RobdeRoosNov 27, 2023Iron Contributor
The Frontline could indeed be interesting.
Most usecases we see is for temporary use like Students/Internships or temporary personel like voluntiers. However for voluntiers it can also be expensive. Also situations where customers are waiting on hardware, Windows 365 could be a solution as a temporary 'device' that is managed by the company.
Mark Jansen Frontline could work potentialy I guess.
